1890 $2 1/2 MS65 PCGS. Surviving from a limited mintage of 8,720 pieces, this beautiful 1890 quarter eagle displays clean, semi-reflective surfaces and great eye appeal. The coin is fully struck overall with a hint of green-golden patina seen at the reverse border. The 1890 is scarce in all grades and a genuine rarity in MS65. Population: 7 in 65, 1 finer (4/17).
