1896 $20 MS64 PCGS. This Philadelphia issue is very scarce in MS64 but still obtainable at that level. Gem condition is where it becomes virtually unobtainable, at least for most collectors. This fully defined near-Gem emits vibrant mint frost from beautifully preserved, honey-gold surfaces that display eye-appealing accents of green and rose color. PCGS has seen merely seven higher submissions (5/17).
