1927 $20 MS66+ PCGS. The 1927 twenty is famous for being plentiful in Mint State, although it is conditionally rare in Superb Gem condition, where PCGS has seen only 22 coins (4/17). This Plus-graded MS66 example offers a more affordable option for the average collector without sacrificing much in the way of quality. Particularly vibrant orange-gold mint luster shows no distracting abrasions, and the design elements are boldly brought up. The coin looks equally fine under a loupe or at arm's length.
