Great Britain. Half Noble, ND. S.1805; North-1417; Fr-113. Henry VI, 1422-1461. London mint. Annulet issue (1422-1430). Obverse: King in ship facing with sword and shield. Reverse: Floriated cross, with lis at ends and h in center. This sharply struck coin with an exceptional portrait has probably never seen circulation. Unpriced in any grade above Very Fine in Spink's catalogue, this Half Noble is arguably rarer than the corresponding Noble. NGC graded MS-63. WINGS. Estimate Value $3,500 - 4,000
