CORINTHIA. Corinth. Circa 500-450 BC. Stater (Silver, 17-20 mm, 8.26 g, 7 h). Ϙ Bridled Pegasos with curved wing flying left. Rev. Head of Athena facing to right, wearing Corinthian helmet and necklace; all within incuse square. Calciati 50 (same dies). Ravel 129 (same dies). An attractive example with a beautiful head of Athena. Minor porosity on the obverse and the reverse with the usual small die break, otherwise, very fine.
