LESBOS. Mytilene. Circa 377-326 BC. Hekte (Electrum, 10 mm, 2.51 g, 11 h). Head of Dionysos to right, wearing ivy-wreath. Rev. Facing head of bearded Silenos with wild hair within linear square. Bodenstedt 90. SNG Copenhagen 323-4 var. SNG von Aulock 1718 var. (both with bald Silenos). A rare variety. Tiny scrape on the obverse and minor flan flaw on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
