Claudius II Gothicus. A.D. 268-270. Æ antoninianus (20 mm, 3.97 g, 12 h). Antioch, ca. end of A.D. 269-early A.D. 270. IMP C CLAVDIVS AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Claudius II Gothicus right / IVVEN-TVS AVG, Hercules standing facing, head left, holding grounded club, lion's skin and apple. RIC 213; Huvelin 32. Brown patina with a hint of underlying silvering on the reverse. Good very fine.
