SICILY. Katane. circa 450-415/3 BC (AR - litra - Silenos / thunderbolt. Hemilitron (Silver, 10 mm, 0.43 g, 5 h), Head of Silenos to right. Rev. K-A Winged thunderbolt flanked by two shields. Boehringer Kataneische Probleme pl. 6, HI1. SNG ANS 1314. Extremely rare; well centered and struck; with magnificent details and a old cabinet toning. Good extremely fine.
