P M TR P XVIIII COS IIII P P Serapis wearing polos, standing front, his head turned to left, raising his right hand and holding scepter with his left. BMC 166. Cohen 349. RIC 280d. Bright, clear and well struck with a magnificent portrait of Caracalla. Some die flaws on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
