1883-CC $20 AU53 PCGS. Variety 2-A, as usual. This 1883-CC die pairing shows a small spike from the dentils above the E in STATES, and there are a couple of shallow die lumps between stars 8 and 9. Partial luster remains in the fields of this olive-gold AU coin, and the design elements are boldly rendered. Light abrasions and high-point friction define the grade.
