Indian Cents
1864 1C Copper-Nickel MS66 PCGS. CAC. The coloration is more nickel-like than copper -- not quite a "white" cent, but nearly so -- with speckled, steely-silver surfaces and buff-gold accents at the borders. Lilac overtones add eye appeal supported by bright mint luster throughout both sides. This is a well-struck Premium Gem cent despite a late-state impression from eroded and cracked dies. CAC endorsed, with just one piece in a numerically finer grade at either service. Population: 33 in 66 (3 in 66+), 1 finer. CAC: 16 in 66, 0 finer (5/17).
