1951-D/S 1C Overmintmark, FS-511, MS67 Red PCGS. The underlying S mintmark is most easily seen on the left edge of the primary D. This Superb Gem Red example is tied with one other as the finest attributed by PCGS (5/17). The strike is sharp from fresh dies, and the satiny copper-pink surfaces are devoid of carbon spotting and abrasions.
