Proof Lincoln Cents
1936 1C Type One -- Satin Finish PR66 Red PCGS. CAC. Both satin finish and brilliant finish proofs were struck in 1936 to mark the resumption of proof cent coinage, and both types remain highly popular with Lincoln cent specialists. This satin finish Premium Gem shows brilliant peach-orange color with the expected sharp strike. CAC endorsed for quality (one of the few submissions to receive CAC's recognition at the PR66 level), the coin displays overt eye appeal with only a few faint flecks and microscopic die polish lines. Population: 38 in 66 (3 in 66+) Red, 1 finer. CAC: 8 in 66, 0 finer (5/17).
