1839 25C No Drapery MS63 NGC. Closed Claws Reverse. This early series Seated Liberty quarter features the short-lived No Drapery design, making it an important issue for type purposes. This well-detailed Select example exhibits a few minor contact marks in the fields, but none worthy of individual mention. The lustrous surfaces show a few highlights of blue and gold toning. Census: 10 in 63, 9 finer (5/17).
