Bust Half Dollars
1811/10 50C O-101, R.1, AU50 PCGS. A sharp dot between 8 and 1 in the date indicates the O-101 variety, as does the faint curve of an underdigit 0 to the right of the final 1 in the date. A spike protrudes from the front top of the cap. As usual, the stars are flat on the left but sharp on the right. An overlay of gunmetal-blue toning visits the golden surfaces, which retain a generous amount of mint luster. Only a few minor marks and smooth, high-point wear define the About Uncirculated grade. Population: 10 in 50, 78 finer (6/17).
