1799 $1 7x6 Stars, B-17, BB-164, R.2, VF25 PCGS. Bowers Die State III, cracked through UNITED and STATES. The coin is evenly worn with mostly complete border dentils, yet remnants of mint-made adjustment marks can be seen under a loupe at the right-hand obverse rim. Lightly marked surfaces show uniform pewter-gray coloration. Some hints of luster remain in the protected portions of the reverse. Housed in a green label holder.
