1884 $1 PR63 PCGS. Attractive pale-gold toning deepens at the borders into a thin band of golden tan. The glassy-mirrored surfaces of this Select proof Morgan are remarkably free of lines or cloudiness that often characterize examples at the PR63 level. Fortunately, 1883 proof silver dollars are usually sharply struck and well-produced, and the present coin only enhances that reputation for quality. Population: 53 in 63, 89 finer (5/17).
