1828 1/2 C 12 Stars, C-2, B-3, R.2, MS65 Brown PCGS. Manley Die State 2. The strike is sharp on the portrait and wreath but weak on the left-hand stars. The surfaces are smooth and satiny with silvery accents throughout mainly chocolate-brown patina. There is a localized area of darker toning under Liberty's chin. Our EAC grade MS60. Population (all varieties included): 20 in 65 Brown, 1 finer (6/17).
