1918 25C MS66+ Full Head PCGS. CAC. Vivid toning is perhaps the most captivating attribute of this Premium Gem quarter, with neon-pink merging with ice-blue, forest-green, and orange patina. Coruscating luster shines through the rich toning, illuminating another readily appreciable hallmark: nearly fully struck motifs, including Full Head definition. Only the upper part of the date and rivets 3 and 4 are incomplete. Beautifully preserved. Population: 51 in 66 (5 in 66+) Full Head, 14 finer. CAC: 20 in 66, 5 finer (6/17).
