Excellent, bright luster radiates from the silver-white surfaces of this magnificent high-end Gem Morgan, and the design elements are well-impressed, both attributes of which are characteristic of the 1889-S. A couple of obverse grazes do not distract. One of the few Morgans with less-than-a-million-piece mintage (700,000).
