1899 $1 MS66 PCGS. The 1899 Morgan is quite scarce in Premium Gem and elusive any finer. Indeed, PCGS and NGC report only 26 submissions finer (6/17). Reddish-gold patina clings to the margins, more so on the obverse, leaving the remaining surfaces brilliant. The design elements are well-struck and both sides have been well-cared for.
