Early Half Dollars
1794 50C O-104, T-11, R.5, VG10 NGC. The amount of detail remaining in the wreath and eagle is nearly sharp enough for a Fine 12 designation. Liberty's hair is similarly well-detailed, although the rest of the portrait is worn. The date and legends are clear, and both sides show good rims. Mottled olive-gray and golden toning blankets each side. Overton-104 will be challenging to locate in such condition if the present coin is not acquired.
