1836 50C Lettered Edge, O-121, High R.5, VF35 PCGS. Overton-121 is the rarest die variety of the 1836 Lettered Edge half, although the late die state variant of O-116 is thought to be rarer. No Mint State examples of O-121 are known. This Choice VF example displays uniform steel-gray patina and good detail for the grade. The surfaces are smooth with no areas of notable impairment.
