Walking Liberty Half Dollars
1929-S 50C MS65 PCGS. Twice as many half dollars were struck at San Francisco as compared to Denver in 1929, and none were produced in Philadelphia. The 1929-S, with a mintage of 1.9 million coins, is the scarcer of the two issues in high grades. This frosty, mostly brilliant Gem has crimson and gunmetal-blue border toning. Well-struck with numerous die cracks that encompass the reverse.
