Early Dollars
1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Two Leaves, Silver Plug, B-4, BB-14, R.3, PCGS Genuine. VF Details. The PCGS number ending in 92 suggests Cleaning as the reason, or perhaps one of the reasons, that PCGS deemed this coin not gradable. In our opinion, this coin has the details of VF specimen that has been cleaned. A large silver plug is visible at the centers on each side of this muted BB-14 Flowing Hair dollar. A few flecks of aqua reside occur on the obverse. This is a collectible example for the specialist interested in early Mint production techniques.
