Indian Quarter Eagles
1914-D $2 1/2 MS64 PCGS. Though common enough in worn grades, the 1914-D quarter eagle proves surprisingly tricky in Choice Mint State. This example, housed in an older PCGS holder with green label, has outstanding luster swirling across the yellow-gold and apricot-gold surfaces. Light marks to the left of the portrait determine the grade.
