1858-D $5 AU50 PCGS. Variety 43-HH. The 1858-D half eagle is fairly challenging among the Dahlonega fives from this decade, boasting a surviving population estimated at fewer than 250 pieces. This AU coin is satiny yellow-gold with some luster in the fields. There are a few scattered abrasions, mainly on the reverse. Population: 19 in 50, 68 finer (6/17).
