1851 $20 AU53 PCGS. A nicely struck example with a slightly orange tone more apparent on the reverse. A small obverse rim cud is noted at around 2 o'clock. Only 13 obverse dies were used to strike over 2 million double eagles in 1851, with the influx of gold from the California fields keeping mint personnel busy.
