Liberty Double Eagles
1883-S $20 MS62+ PCGS. CAC. The 1883-S Liberty double eagle claims a massive mintage of 1.1 million pieces, but collectors in the Old West saved few examples and high-grade pieces are quite scarce today. The present coin is sharply detailed, with strong frosty mint luster and rich greenish-gold color. The surfaces are lightly abraded for the grade.
