GERMANY. Baden. Pattern or Trial Strike 5 Gulden Struck in Copper, 1827. PCGS SP-66 RB Secure Holder.
cf.Fr-150(for basic type); cf.KM-190(for basic type); cf.Schl-17(with reeded edge). Identical to the adopted design with plain edge. EXTREMELY RARE and the only example we are aware of. Sharply struck as would be expected being a trial strike with plenty of original mint red and lovely blue and brown highlights. PCGS SP-66 RB Secure Holder.
