KM-115; Mont-29; Gig-22. Krause lists a mintage of only 2,354 pieces. The total mintage of 36,972 for pieces struck this year includes those of Vittorio Emanuele I (Victor Emmanuel I) as well as those of Carlos Felice (Charles Felix) with the vast majority struck for Carlos. The mint struck coins of Vittorio Emanuele only for a few months that year before the change. VERY RARE in any condition and highly sought after. Cleaned long ago now nicely toned with a light russet in the fields and golden hues amongst the devices. NGC AU Details--Surface Hairlines.
