38 x 48 mm; 14.94 gms. Li-pg. 30. This uniface medal displays an oval portrait of Emperor Kuang-hsu surmounted by crossed banners of the Chinese Empire. The Chinese Empire Reform Association was an international group of Chinese citizens loyal to the Emperor, and had 103 branches around the world in major cities with sizable Chinese populations. Pleasing red-brown surfaces with just a touch of friction to the highest points showing the metal underneath. NEAR MINT STATE.
