Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Roma standing left, right hand raised in salute, holding scepter with left; L A (date) across field. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 4135; K&G 56.8; BMC 1515 = Emmett 2951.1 (R5). VF, dark gray-brown surfaces. All of Elagabalus' coinage for year 1 from Alexandria is extremely rare.
