Judaea, Caesarea Maritima. Domitian. A.D. 81-96. AE 19 semis (19.49 mm, 3.87 g, 1 h). Judea Capta group 2. struck ca. A.D. 83-(92?). IMP DOMITIANVS CAES [AVG GERMA]NICVS, laureate head of Domitian right / Anepigraphic - no ethnic, Victory standing facing, head left, holding wreath and trophy. RPC 2306; SNG ANS 9, 495-8; Hendin, AJC II Supplement VIII, 8. near VF, green/tan patina, somewhat rough, some remnants of sandy encrustation in recessed areas. 

Despite the total lack of ethnic on reverse - or any other hints as to place of origin - it's generally believed that this large emission belongs to Caesarea Maritima
