Laureate head of Zeus right / ΦIΛIΠ-ΠOY, youth on horseback right, crowning horse with palm; below, coiled serpent right; below raised foreleg, Boeotian shield. Le Rider 531. SNG ANS 450 (same dies). An absolutely perfect strike, with crisp detail and blazing, mirror fields. Not an uncommon type, but certainly rare in this unimprovable grade.
