Head of Athena right, wearing Attic helmet ornamented with laurel leaves and vine scroll / Owl standing right, head facing, olive spray and crescent left, Aramaic MZDK right. Le Rider, Alexander, pp. 214-9. Van Alfen, Owls, Group IVc. Cf. Triton XVIII, lot 770. Very rare! One of the most complete examples extant, with a full Aramaic legend.
