D N VALENTINI-ANVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed bust of Valentinian left, viewed from front, wearing consular robes and holding globe in right hand and scepter in left /  VOTA PV-BLICA, Valentinian and Valens enthroned facing, nimbate, in consular robes, feet on footstools, each holding mappa and scepter, on ground left and right kneeling captives with hands tied behind back; in exergue, CONS between star and wreath. RIC 29a (R3). Depeyrot-22/1. Cohen 68. Very rare! A wonderful depiction of late Imperial court dress.
