Cromwell Crown 1658/7 AU Details (Obverse Tooled) NGC, KM393.2, S-3226, ESC-10. Pleasingly toned, with the sort of color that one typically associates with old collections. Apparently a long time ago, when it was more accepted by the collecting community, the details around the bust were mechanically enhanced. It has since toned over those tool marks.
