Central American Republic 2 Reales 1832 T-F VF35 NGC, Tegucigalpa mint, KM9.3. A rare date, vastly undervalued in the Standard Catalog of World Coins, with this piece being only the second we've offered, the last coming from the extremely advanced collection of Dana Roberts (that coin, the only other example graded by NGC or PCGS combined, graded AU53, and brought $5,462.50 in our April 2011 auction). This piece, not quite as sharp, retains significant charm, with the glimmer of rainbow-colored patina that brightens when the coin is viewed at an angle. An exciting second-chance opportunity for the series specialist.
