Saint Pierre and Miquelon Caisse Centrale de la France d'Outre Mer 20 Nouveaux Francs on 1000 Francs ND (1964) Pick 34. A striking PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ note that is one of only two graded by PMG at this level with none higher. This is the first of that select duo to come to auction.
