Cyprus Government of Cyprus 5 Shillings 6.10.1947 Pick 22. A Pick number that has evaded the auction block over the last few years. The portrait used on this denomination, as well as on the 1 and 2 Shillings values, was based on a photograph taken by Bertram Park in 1936. PMG grades this example Choice Uncirculated 64, citing a minor repair which is on the back. It is still an attractive note that is nicely centered within broad margins. HID08701242017
