1852 1C N-15, R.3, MS66 Brown NGC. Sharply lustrous with attractive olive-gold and reddish-tan toning, this Premium Gem N-15 cent is well-preserved. The diagnostic die chips are present -- one on Liberty's jawline, the other on the base of N in CENT. Two short, thick vertical lines near Y in LIBERTY add to the attribution. Struck from a middle die state with light flowlines and die wear. We note a solitary small carbon near 5 o'clock on the obverse rim. Our EAC grade MS62.
