1862 H10C MS67 PCGS. CAC. The 1862 is a plentiful issue, popular for type representation. This Superb Gem is semiprooflike with parallel die polishing lines in the fields. Some strike weakness appears on the wreath bowknot, but the obverse is better-defined. Gold and blue border toning surrounds brilliant interiors. There is a small strike-through in the field by Liberty's knee that should not be confused for an abrasion. Population: 57 in 67 (10 in 67+), 4 finer. CAC: 32 in 67, 3 finer (7/17).
