1798 1C First Hair Style, S-144, B-1, High R.5 -- Damage -- PCGS Genuine. Fine Details. Our EAC grade: sharpness of VF20, net Good 5. Breen Die State III. An olive and steel-brown cent, this piece has scrapes across the cheek, nose, and neighboring field, with heavy digs and dents at the lower right reverse. This piece would be third finest if the surfaces with smooth and problem free. As it is, this S-144 cent is tied for 18th best of the variety.
