1798 1C Second Hair Style, S-180, B-41, High R.5 -- Scratch -- PCGS Genuine. AG Details. Our EAC grade: sharpness of Good 6, net AG3. Breen Die State III with a rim break over ATE in STATES. This piece was struck before the second reverse rim break appeared over UN. Faint scratches are evident on each side, but they are blended with the surrounding surface and not immediately obvious. This piece has smooth olive-brown surfaces with the obverse sharper than the reverse.
