1803 1C Small Date, Large Fraction, S-257, B-16, R.2 -- Tooled -- PCGS Genuine. AG Details. Our EAC grade: sharpness of VG8, net Good 5. Late Die State. Liberty remains legible and the central devices have VG sharpness, but a cud has obliterated STATES on the reverse and weakened 180 and the lower curls on the obverse.
