1809 1C S-280, B-1, R.2 -- Environmental Damage -- PCGS Genuine. Fine Details. Our EAC grade: sharpness of Fine 15, net VG8. Breen Die State III. An intermediate die state, with ridges from star 11 and die cracks at E in STATES. The outer devices are a bit blurry from mild granularity, but pleasing deep brown color shows a hint of underlying brick-red and the centers are bold for the grade.
