Gold Dollars
1858-D G$1 AU55 NGC. Variety 10-M. The 1858-D is curiously available for a coin whose production was a mere 3,477 pieces. The devices are evenly worn over the high points, and there is noticeable reddish patina present. A single shallow scratch is noticed on the back of Liberty's face and an X-shaped scratch is located between the wreath ends at the top of the reverse.
