Liberty Double Eagles
1904-S $20 MS65 PCGS. The double eagles struck in Philadelphia and San Francisco in 1904 had higher mintages than any other issues of the Liberty design struck from 1850 to 1907. For that reason, these double eagles are quintessential type coins. This Gem features a bold strike and satiny light yellow luster with excellent eye appeal. PCGS has only certified seven numerically finer examples (8/17).
