Phrygia, Apameia. ca. 2nd-3rd century A.D. AE 24 (24.39 mm, 6.04 g, 6 h). semi-autonomous civic issue under Roman rule. IEPA BOVΛ[H?] , female personification of the Boule (Civic Council) veiled and draped, right / AΠA-MЄΩN, Athena standing facing, head left, wearing crested helmet; resting on spear and holding shield. Unpublished. VF, rough-textured but glossy olive-green patina. Rare.
